Synopsis

With the understanding of the importance of diversity and quality as a sector in tourism, the importance of tourism types and therefore tourist attractions within the scope of sustainable tourism is increasing. Perhaps the most important component of guest expectations is the idea and desire to spend time more valuable and enjoyable during their holidays. Because tourism has become a necessity rather than a luxury, and in this transformation, people, groups or communities, almost everyone has focused on the expectation of a holiday, entertainment during the holiday, and quality time during the entertainment. Every behavior that evolves into action and movement rather than an idea has found the concepts of recreation and animation in tourism. In this study, the relationship between human demands and needs, recreation and animation within the scope of sustainable tourism is emphasized. Starting from the most well-known, it is aimed to examine the concepts of animation in recreation in parallel with sustainability in tourism and to emphasize their importance in evaluating human needs and demands. The study was prepared based on qualitative and literature research.
