Synopsis

In the conditions of a globalized world, the need for individuals to enhance their quality of life and acquire a broad perspective in various fields through learning a foreign language becomes an inevitable necessity. The process encompassing the acquisition of a language beyond one's native tongue can be defined as complex and demanding continuous effort due to its inherent difficulty and intensity. Evolving technology and changing circumstances provide an environment where individuals can smoothly overcome these stages and establish an effective learning platform. The integration of artificial intelligence applications into the teaching and learning process has the potential to achieve success in terms of increasing motivation and personalizing language learning. The mentioned research focuses on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in overcoming language barriers and aims to examine AI applications used in foreign language acquisition, identifying the potential negative aspects of these applications through a compilation study. With this study, the goal is to contribute to educational implications and promote the dissemination of the educational effects of artificial intelligence.
