Synopsis

It would be correct to say that the understanding of business administration has undergone a great change during the Republican period and that Turkey has a modern understanding of business administration, especially since the 2000s. It is seen that factors such as developments in technology, government policies, support for scientific studies and globalization are effective in this change. Today, businesses in our country continue on their way by following current developments in an effort to transform into a more corporate and people-oriented structure.

 In this study titled Current Issues and Practices in Business Administration II, there are seven different chapters named Conscientious Intelligence, Qualified Human Resource Migration From Turkey and The Role of Social Media, Strategic Management For Recreation Business: An Overview, The Importance of Social Impact Assessment for Commercial Enterprises in the Internationalization Process, An Overview of the Concept of Green Washing in the Context of Green Marketing, Organizational Toxicity and A Conceptual Perspective on Digital Nomads Working Approach. This study aims to approach the most up-to-date issues and practices related to business administration from an interdisciplinary perspective.

I wish this study to be beneficial to the business world and academic researches, which are of great importance in the economic growth and development of countries, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the authors for their kidness in contributing their valuable time and expertise to this study.
