There are many coaches and scientists who have made soccer, the most popular sport of our era. Football, which is different from all other sports in terms of the way it is played, started to develop in its modern form in the 20th century and has been in constant development and change since then. Throughout history, many revolutionary conceptions of the game system have been adopted. In the modern era, coaches from different continents and countries have reflected their own philosophies on the field. Coaches started to balance between offense and defense in tactical systems. With the proliferation of coaches who think about changing the game, thinking about how to do it better, seeking perfection, the molds in football have been broken. Football, which had a different structure in the science and technology of the past, has become a competitive sport with high expectations under professional coaches and professional football players. It is expected to become more differentiated with the help of science and technology in the future. Football is more than a sport and deserves to be studied in depth. Therefore, this study examines the past, present and future of soccer game systems.
