Synopsis
Sport is an important activity that supports the physical health and psychological well-being of individuals. Considering the problems such as increasing stress and decreasing life satisfaction in today's society, it can be stated that the role of sports in these issues has become even more prominent. Sport not only increases physical conditioning, but also helps individuals increase their life satisfaction and cope with stress. The level of satisfaction that individuals receive from their lives is expressed as life satisfaction. In this context, it can be stated that sports done by individuals have positive effects on life satisfaction and stress.
