Synopsis

As it is known, tennis is a sport that tests both physical and mental skills intensively. It is thought that attention plays a very important role in this game where players face their opponents. Tennis matches feature ever-changing situations and fast-paced rallies. In this fast-paced structure, it is of paramount importance for a player to be able to keep their attention on the game without interruption.

 Elements such as mental stress and anxiety are a significant challenge for tennis players. Thought. Pre-match thoughts and pressure can cause distraction, and thus, the performance of the athletes can be adversely affected due to hasty decisions. 

It can be said that tennis is not only a physical but also a mental challenge, and the players have to keep their attention at a high level at all times, allowing them to succeed in every stage of the game.
