World history is full of wars between civilizations and countries. War is the most brutal of human-caused disaster potentials. Today, this ruthlessness imposes on the parties the almost unlimited use of all available means to defeat the other side. In the age of technology we are in, it is seen that weapons that will cause mass death and injuries are used extensively in war technology, as in all other fields. This terrible destructive potential of technology poses a total threat to all social groups in the geography of war. The danger does not distinguish between social classes and strata. It is frequently seen in today's wars that high kinetic energy weapons can pose a threat in very large geographies with high-tech vehicles. Intensive bombardment and missile use may occur not only in open geographical areas, but also in rural and urban areas, as well as in densely populated city centers. We see that even hospitals protected by international war legislation are now frequently targeted by the parties, bombed in unimaginable ways, and can become a deadly dangerous environment for the patients and those injured, as well as healthcare workers and patient attendants. In our article, we evaluate that there is no unprotected and inaccessible building in the new war concepts experienced in today's world, and we would like to open a discussion on the fact that shelter hospitals should be considered as an important business item for cities with high population density.
