Synopsis

The main purpose of this study, which evaluates the usability of mobile learning in all teaching disciplines of the field by looking at the field of physical education and sports teaching from the perspective of mobile learning technologies, is to provide a different approach to the field. The rapid rise of information and communication technologies after the 2000s has positively affected the field of education, as well as many fields of science. In these years, technology came to life in mobile devices, and since 2007, with the launch of operating systems of global technology companies, they have turned into "smart" phones and made their use even more popular. While some studies suggest that the use of mobile devices can help improve the quality of education by supporting academic growth and reinforcement or improving students' learning attitudes and learning achievements, other studies report that mobile devices can sometimes hinder educational success. Therefore, in order to make the most of the integration of mobile devices into the educational environment, it is necessary to determine what the scenario will be like. Regardless of the role of mobile devices in the educational environment, the integration of mobile devices into the learning system can be benefited with an appropriate regulation, rather than restrictive policies such as a school banning its students from bringing and using mobile devices to school. With this integration, it is predicted that learning through mobile devices will have positive effects on students' learning performances, learning processes and learning experiences. Another research topic in the field of mobile learning is smart teaching systems supported by artificial intelligence and cognitive psychology fields. Today's intelligent teaching systems typically attempt to replicate the role of a teacher or teaching assistant and increasingly automate pedagogical functions such as problem posing, problem selection, and feedback generation.

As a result, mobile learning applications have great potential in the field of physical education and sports. By supporting the education and training processes of both athletes and trainers, they can provide a more efficient, effective and motivating learning experience. With the development of technology, the opportunities offered by these applications are also increasing and their contributions to sports education are becoming more and more important. The use of smart teaching systems in the field of physical education and sports can make educational processes more effective, efficient and motivating. With the advancement of technology, the opportunities offered by these systems are also increasing and their contribution to sports education is becoming increasingly important.
