Synopsis
All-inclusive system carried out by tour operators is a component of a package tour, when considered independently of the package tour, its a type of a pension applied in hospitality businesses.
All-inclusive system in addition to its positive contributions, has negative impacts in a country’s tourism is being introduced in various research and is expressed by industry professionals. Tourist’s not going out of the hotel during the holiday is shown as one of the main reasons of the system’s negative impacts.
In this context, the study makes a model proposal that would ensure the tourist go out of the hotel at least one day during the holiday. The model intagrates the credit card reward system into all-inclusive system. With the application of the model, it’s aimed to deal with the problems caused by not going out of the hotel to some extent.
A descriptive research was conducted to determine the equivalance of the model’s assumptions in the field.Findings supporting the assumptions were obtained in the research.
