Synopsis

Today, the number of sports businesses is increasing rapidly not only in terms of quantity but also in terms of quality in the world and in Turkiye. While the main purpose of customers who want to benefit from sports services is to purchase the highest quality service at the most affordable prices, operators always plan to be one step ahead of competitors with qualified service personnel to achieve higher profits. In today's marketing world, where quality service is recognized as a formula in which the operator, internal customer and external customer are happy, the competence of the personnel is seen as one of the most important weapons for the operators. Especially in sports businesses with intensive service features, careful and effective steps to be taken in the process starting with personnel selection and continuing until orientation will prevent regrets that may be experienced later. Because it may not be possible to compensate for the cost of mistakes in personnel selection most of the time.

In this section, which is written to remind the steps, processes and precautions to be taken in the selection of human resources for sports operators and to prevent unforeseen consequences, advice is given to both operators and service personnel who want to be employed in sports businesses and want to rise in their careers. Quality service is an indicator of the value given to people.
