Synopsis

Online and digital marketing, promotion and sales of products and services It is a marketing strategy that is realised through internet and digital channels. In this study, we have analysed the most recent  developments are analysed. In this context, online and the basic features of the researches conducted in the field of digital marketing bibliometrics to identify important names, countries, studies in the field analysis method is used. Online and digital marketing is an important part of fast-moving, revolutionising the way they reach and interact with customers is an evolving field, and such analyses will help to understand the developments in this field. help us understand and identify future avenues of research happens. According to the results of the analysis made in this direction, Andrew T. Stephen, Philipp A. Rauschnabel and Heikki Karjaluoto are the most cited authors. were identified as the authors. Among the most frequently used keywords "digital marketing," "social media," "marketing," "e-commerce" and "social relations" have come to the fore also digital marketing and social media, central position in the online and digital marketing literatüre cited. The analyses show that the USA is the country with the highest number of citations and the total has shown that it ranks at the top in terms of connection strength Last but not least, the works with the highest number of bibliographic matches are Day (2011), Kumar (2016) and Lamberton (2016).
