Synopsis

Artificial intelligence (AI), defined as the ability of a system to accurately interpret external data, learn from such data, and use this learning to achieve specific goals and tasks through flexible adaptation, is directly relevant to marketing science in analyzing human behavior and understanding future personal preferences. In the evolution of marketing to digital, the creation of quality content has become an important strategy for various purposes ranging from creating brand awareness, customer experience and personalized texts created from customer data. The study aims to convey the definition, historical development and place of artificial intelligence in content marketing.
