Synopsis
With the change in technology and the digital world, it brings change and transformation in the field of marketing, just like the science fields we discussed in the previous period. The digital age has greatly changed people's expectations and demands. It is an inevitable process that technological progress will bring about radical changes in the field of marketing.
Revolutionary changes in the industrial field have had important consequences for people all over the world. While such big changes are happening, industry 5.0 has entered our lives while changes related to industry 4.0 are taking place. As a result, superior information society and industry 5.0. It is seen that a very different process has been started from the previous processes called (Canbay ve Demircioğlu, 2021). In the digital age that we experience as a result of change, each individual continues to live in the focus of technology (Tektaş ve Kırbaç, 2020). With the digitalization of the new world, today's commercial activities are also undergoing a great change. The availability of creative individuals and increased knowledge has paved the way for the production of new products and high-tech products (Öz, 2019). Computer and digital technologies Industry 5.0. With the help of artificial intelligence, it has become possible to reach previously unimaginable production capacities with production processes. It depends on foreseeing changes in the social field in order to adapt to the Industry 5.0 process (Akın vd., 2021).
Although the industrial 5.0 application is presented as a Japanese progress process, it is a process whose effects and implications go beyond Japan and affect the whole world. Structural changes and technological innovations are reaching a point that will change all life (Fukuyama, 2018). Expectations in society have increased with Industry 5.0. The development of computers and the artificial intelligence applications they support enable humanity to further develop (Skobelev ve Borovik, 2017). These transformations and changes will radically change marketing processes. It is of great importance to examine the changes in the field of marketing with Industry 5.0.
