Synopsis

In today's modern age, those engaged in digital marketing use all innovative practices and methods by attracting and retaining a wide customer network in order to sell products and services in order to generate consumption. Consumers' perception behavior is a complex process in which they try to interpret before, during and after purchase. One of the important elements of digital marketing is monitoring the factors that affect consumer needs and behavioral perceptions. In this study, the attitudes and behaviors of consumers in purchasing were examined and the factors affecting the decisions made by consumers were emphasized.
