Synopsis

               Resistance training, also called TRX, is a strength training method that involves applying the resistance of the exercises using body weight with a suspension system made of thick woven ropes. Your body weight is used during TRX exercises. TRX is also known as "suspension training". TRX is a 2-strap equipment with many exercises that can be done against gravity using one's own body weight. TRX is an equipment that works your body in three different planes, allows you to change the amount of resistance by changing the body position and joint angles against gravity, and allows you to perform all functional exercises. In this way, the abdominal muscles work continuously during the exercise and the whole-body muscles effectively support the exercise. This means more calories can be burned during exercise. TRX increases muscular endurance and supports heart health. It is also possible to carry TRX exercises to an environment with plenty of oxygen. In this way, training efficiency can be maximized. It is recommended to be used as a modified training method in sports branches.
