Twitter data were collected through MAXQDA22, a qualitative analysis program. 50,000 English-language tweets were uploaded to the system on 3.03.2023 after the super league competition on 26.02.2023, but 9,909 tweets that were directly related to the topic were sentiment analyzed. Sentiment analysis was used to identify different emotional states.  Twitter data from across Turkey was also analyzed inductively and 150 unique tweets were content analyzed. Under the theme of "Beşiktaş-Antalya Super League Struggle", there were 2 categories: positive and negative impact. In the positive impact category, there are codes for being proud, solidarity, toy and being touched. In the negative impact category, there are codes for political reaction, protest, slogan, and criticism. As a result, when the research is analyzed holistically, it is seen that football in Turkey is a voice for all kinds of solidarity, sadness, happiness, political and political criticism by the citizens of the country after natural disasters.
