Synopsis

What distinguishes an individual from another individual is their abilities and personality traits. Individuals have different abilities in many subjects such as foreign language learning, communication skills, technological aptitude, and personality traits such as extraverted, emotionally balanced, responsible, open to development, mild-tempered, neurotic, optimistic, pessimistic and so on. These abilities and personality traits make individuals different, but they do not make them superior or entitlement. However, individuals with these characteristics and abilities may think that they are entitlement and may enter into reward expectations that will make them feel entitlement and entitlement. This situation, which is expressed as psychological entitlement, is a situation that occurs as a result of the individual seeing himself as superior to other individuals, thinking that he is superior and more deserving of what he will achieve. Although it is a situation that is not welcomed by the organization and managers, it is normal for employees to expect these entitlements as a result of their characteristics and should be welcomed. Making them feel entitlement from time to time can be beneficial in terms of increasing their productivity and performance and directing them to positive behaviors.
