Synopsis
"Parkinson's Disease", which is one of the neurodegenerative diseases with the highest risk of being seen worldwide, continues to negatively affect the physical and psychological health of individuals today. Although many treatment methods have been applied in Parkinson's Disease, no definitive method has been found to end the disease. In recent studies, there have been studies that slow the course of this progressive disease with exercise interventions performed in addition to drug treatment in Parkinson's Disease. When we consider the physical and psychological benefits of exercise on people, it seems possible to say that exercise has an essential effect on this disease. This study examines Parkinson's Disease and its exercise dimension and it demonstrates the types of exercises that have been applied recently.
