In this research, in which we will examine the sports organizations that have been seen in our country since the proclamation of the republic, it would not be appropriate to move to the republican period without examining the clubs and organizations established before the republic and the organizations made as voluntary unions, since the clubs and organizations established before the republic continued their work with the proclamation of the republic. Therefore, our research has been started since the first clubs established in our country. Before the establishment of the Turkish Training Societies Associations (TTSA), the first regular and independent sports organization established before the Republic, several organizational models were realized since 1903 and TTSA was established, which laid the foundations of today's sports organization. TTSA, which was established with the aim of spreading sports throughout the country and doing it in a certain order, turned into a semi-official Turkish Sports Institution after a certain period of time, and with the establishment of the General Directorate of Physical Education, the sports organization transitioned to a new model and organizational models affiliated to various institutions were formed until today.
