Synopsis
Physical activity is recognized as an essential element of a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity has a number of health benefits. First, physical activity improves cardiovascular health. Regular exercise lowers blood pressure keeps cholesterol levels under control and reduces the risk of heart attack. The relationship between physical activity and health is very important. Regular physical activity improves heart health, reduces the risk of obesity, protects bone health and has positive effects on mental health. Therefore, it is of great importance to encourage individuals to engage in physical activity and adopt a healthy lifestyle. In the current section, the importance of physical activity in terms of health is discussed.
