In this research, it is aimed to examine what kind of problems the individuals, who are managers and presidents of sports clubs, compare while managing sports clubs. During the study, besides the studies in the literature from the past to the present, the interviews of the president and the managers reflected in the visual and written media were scanned. In addition to these, the administrative problems experienced by sports clubs were discussed. Administratively, this situation; Financial problems experienced, sponsorship problems, non-specialized manager, facility problems, wrong transfer policies and traditional club understanding are examined. As a result of our study, general problems experienced by the presidents and managers of our sports clubs were determined and suggestions were made from both the literature and positive examples in order to prevent or solve this situation.
