Synopsis
With the rapid advancement of technology, digital tools have become an important part of our lives. However, being constantly connected to the digital world can consume our time and energy, affect our social relationships and increase our stress levels. Digital detox aims to take a break from the digital world by moving away from technological devices. In this process, leisure activities play an important role. Leisure time activities within the scope of digital detox offer individuals different experiences and allow them to be renewed. Activities such as nature walks, doing sports, yoga, art workshops, wellness programs can be preferred in the digital detox process. These activities help individuals get rid of stress and renew themselves physically and mentally.
Digital detox also allows individuals to get rid of technological addiction and explore the real world more. Leisure time is an important component of this process. The combination of digital detox and free time offers individuals the opportunity to find inner balance, improve themselves, strengthen their social relationships and rediscover the meaning of life.
