Synopsis
Stress and sports, which are an integral part of modern life, also negatively affect human health. Sports, on the other hand, play a very important role in coping with stress. As it is known, regular exercise strengthens both physical and mental health of the individual. Sport, which allows the individual to get away from daily life, also helps to secrete the happiness hormone in the brain. Sport, which is seen as both a tool and a goal in coping with stress, helps individuals to maintain order and discipline. In summary, sports; Sport is an important tool for coping with stress. Exercising regularly helps to reduce stress hormones, increase endorphin levels, and relax the mind, protecting both physical and mental health.
