In this direction, the main purpose of the research is to examine the perception of tourism faculty students, who are future professionals, towards service robots used in tourism enterprises. The population of the research consists of the students of Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Tourism Management. In the research, a questionnaire was applied as a data collection technique and 253 students were reached. The questionnaires were collected face-to-face and online. Factor analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis were conducted.
