Financial analysis is very important in determining whether businesses in the sector can continue their existence in a healthy way. Ratio analysis is one of the most frequently used financial analysis methods in determining the financial performance of businesses. In this context, the study aims to compare the financial performances of companies traded in Borsa Istanbul (BIST) and operating in the energy, gas and water sector by examining the data between 2018 and 2022. Enterprises whose data can be accessed uninterruptedly and completely as of the analysis periods are included in the scope of analysis. The results obtained as a result of the analysis were evaluated from a sectoral perspective and suggestions were made.
